Dress Code
For all classes:

Hair should always be pulled back away from the dancer’s face

No jeans

No excessive jewelry
-
Dance shoes should not be worn outside
Creative Movement/Pre-Ballet

Girls: leotard with tights. Skirts and dance dresses are optional. Pink ballet shoes.

Boys: fitted, stretchy pants and fitted top.
Ballet/Tap Combo

Girls: leotard, tights, skirts (optional), pink ballet shoes, black tap shoes.

Boys: fitted stretchy pants, fitted solid t-shirt, black ballet shoes, black tap shoes.
Ballet
-
Girls: tights, leotard, skirts (optional), ballet shoes. Hair secured in a bun or ponytail.

Boys: black leggings, fitted solid t-shirt, ballet shoes.
Intermediate/Advanced Ballet & Pointe

Girls: tights, leotard, ballet shoes. Hair secured in a bun or ponytail.

Boys: black leggings, fitted solid t-shirt, black ballet shoes.
Tap
-
Girls: tights, leotard, leggings or shorts. Fitted tank top or shirt. No baggy clothing. Black tap shoes – buckle or lace up.

Boys: Fitted, stretchy pants and t-shirt. No baggy clothing. Black tap shoes – buckle or lace up.
Jazz
-
Girls: tights, leotard, leggings, or shorts. Fitted tank top or shirt. No baggy clothing. Black or tan jazz shoes - lace-up or slip on.

Boys: Fitted, stretchy pants and solid t-shirt. No baggy clothing. Black or tan jazz shoes – lace-up or slip on.
Contemporary/Lyrical

Girls: footless/convertible tights, leotard, fitted leggings or shorts. Fitted tank top may be worn with leggings or shorts. Lyrical Shoes, Twylas, or dance undies/paws.

Boys: fitted, stretchy pants and solid t-shirt. Bare feet or dance undies/paws.
Hip Hop

t-shirt or tank top, leggings/biker shorts/gym shorts. No super baggy clothing. No jeans. Tennis shoes (must be clean).
Acro
-
Fitted clothing. Leotard or biketard, or tank top with leggings/biker shorts/gym shorts. No shoes required, dancers are barefoot. If your dancer wears tights, please make sure they are footless or convertible style.
Irish
-
Fitted clothing. Tank top with leggings/biker shorts/gym shorts, or leotard with tights/biker shorts/leggings. Black ghilles for shoes. Beginner dancers can start with ballet shoes or jazz shoes if they already have them. Will eventually need to purchase the Ghillies.
